No mailing list, no ad network, no tracking pixel, nothing sold. Here is exactly what the form collects and where it goes.
What this site collects, and what it does not
T24 Studio is a one-person California energy-compliance practice. This page says exactly what the site collects, where it goes, and how to get it deleted. The short version: there is no mailing list, nothing is sold to anybody, and the only tracking here is Google Analytics measuring which pages help people and whether advertising brings in work — with ad personalization switched off, so no profile of you is built and nothing follows you to other sites. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, none of it loads at all.
What the quote form collects
Sending a job through the form on the home page submits your name and email (required), and optionally your firm, phone number, project details and notes, along with any plan sets you attach. That is the whole set. Nothing is collected that you did not type or drop into the form.
Those files and details go to a private Google Drive folder on the T24 Studio Google Workspace account and trigger one notification email. They are used to quote and produce your Title 24 report and to talk to you about that job — nothing else. Emailing the plans directly instead of using the form reaches the same inbox and is treated identically.
Who else touches it
Three service providers sit in the path, each doing one job:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and passes form submissions through. Its edge logs standard request data, including IP address, for security and abuse prevention.
- Google (Workspace and Drive) stores the submissions, the plan sets and the working files, and carries the email. Google Analytics also receives the site-traffic data described below — that is separate from your project files, which are never sent to it.
- CHEERS, the state-approved data registry, receives the compliance certificate at the end of the job. That step is required by the California Energy Commission before a building department will accept a CF1R, and the registered document names the responsible designer — that is the point of it.
No one else. Your plan sets are not shared with other clients, shown as samples, or used as portfolio material without asking you first — the sample CF1R on the home page is redacted for exactly that reason.
Cookies and analytics
This site runs Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager, alongside Cloudflare’s cookieless traffic analytics. Those tools set cookies and record which pages you viewed, roughly where you are (city or region, from your IP — never precise location), and what browser you used. It is used for two things: seeing which pages actually help people, and measuring whether advertising brings in work.
What this site does not do is build an advertising profile of you. Ad personalization is switched off in the tag configuration itself, not merely promised here — no remarketing lists, no following you around other websites. Nothing is sold, and there is no ad network, social pixel, or data broker in the path.
Global Privacy Control is honored. If your browser sends a GPC signal, the analytics tag never loads at all — no cookies, no requests, nothing recorded. That is checked before anything else runs, so it is a real opt-out rather than a setting buried in a banner. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, or use Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on. None of that affects your ability to send plans or get a quote.
How long it is kept
Project files and the correspondence around them are kept while the job is live and afterward as a working record, because energy compliance has a long tail — a plan-check comment, a revision, or a question about an assumption can land months after delivery, and the model has to still exist to answer it. Ask and it gets deleted, subject to anything a registry or a building department requires be retained.
Your rights in California
Under the CCPA and CPRA you can ask what personal information is held about you, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Email info@t24studio.com or (951) 733-9108 and it will be handled directly — there is no ticket queue, it is one person reading it.
T24 Studio does not sell or share personal information, and never has. There is nothing to opt out of, which is the honest version of a “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” link.
Security, and its limits
Submissions travel over HTTPS and land in access-controlled Google Workspace storage. That is a real safeguard and it is not a guarantee — no one can honestly promise a transmission over the internet is perfectly secure. If a plan set is genuinely sensitive, say so and it can be handled another way.
Children
This is a business-to-business service for design professionals and property owners. It is not directed at anyone under 16, and information is not knowingly collected from them.

One honest note
I’m not a licensed engineer or architect, and I don’t stamp drawings. On the CF1R I’m the documentation author — you stay the responsible designer. Nothing about your role on the job changes.
That’s on purpose. I’m not after your scope or your clients. I do one piece of the permit set — the piece that usually holds it up — and I do it fast.
